Terms of use

Clear rules for the free tier, Pro payments, and acceptable use.

Service

Demy is a Discord bot with moderation, AI chat, and optional Pro features (voice, Minecraft, higher AI limits). The free tier includes full moderation. Pro is a one-time payment for a period — no automatic renewal.

Refunds

If Pro never activates after payment: full refund.
If it activated and you change your mind: 14 days from payment date, any plan.
After 14 days: no refund (AI tokens are already paid).
Request via /supporto with the receipt.

Acceptable use

Do not use Demy to harass, evade Discord Terms, or run illegal activity. Server owners are responsible for how they configure moderation and who they invite.
