Demy

Not a command bot.
A member of the server.

She’s in the member list, she knows who’s in the room, she talks like one of you. She mods for free, answers tickets — even ones opened by other bots — and only calls staff when it matters. Not a menu. Not your Discord profile card.

726 automated tests €0 for moderation

In action

One evening. In the morning, one message.

Two windows, as they’d look in your server. The rest you see when you invite her.

Evening

In chat she’s one of you. If someone attacks, she warns. Ping her from the call and she joins.

She remembers people, not prompts — one brain across servers. Insult a person: a warning, then mute if it keeps going. Insult her: she answers in kind, without burning that ladder. Tickets, voice, Minecraft: switch them on if you need them.

Morning

One line for staff. Not forty logs.

Joins, alts, mutes, tickets — in one message. If someone writes like someone else, she says it there. Owners and admins get the dashboard, not a shop window of switches.

Three steps

Getting started is boring. We shortened it.

1

Invite, free

One click, no card, no expiring trial. Moderation and tickets start immediately.

2

Switch on only what you need

Every feature has a toggle. Want chat only? Turn the rest off. No extra permissions.

3

She stays in the server

In the member list, with a status that rotates. She talks, mods, escalates tickets. Staff shows up when a person is needed — not on every message.

If you need it

The rest is optional.

Tickets even if another bot opened them: she answers, pings a person if needed, then steps aside. Voice on Pro — ping her from the call and she joins. Minecraft is young: one click and she’s off.

Moderation stays at zero euros: a hundred and fifty replies a day, then a note to the owner. Dashboard for owners and admins: tone, channels, logs, backups, network bans, user card. Nothing to browse before you invite her.

No anxiety

The questions you'd ask anyway

Straight answers, including the uncomfortable ones.

Does Demy read every message in my server?

She reads recent context to reply, like any conversational bot. Style and who you are (same Discord user id) stay across every server she’s in — a new guild doesn’t wipe her personality. Tickets, mutes and config stay per server. Content only reaches AI providers when a reply is needed. Anyone can see what she remembers with /demy memoria and erase themselves with /demy dimentica. Details on the privacy page.

Can she ban someone by mistake?

No: she never decides a ban on her own. First she warns (1/3, 2/3), then progressive mutes. At high levels she opens a staff vote; a tie does nothing. “Sb”, “ez”, “ops” after a warning are not a new strike.

Why is Pro €8.99 instead of €4?

Because €4 does not cover the models. Every reply, voice in calls and Minecraft go through APIs billed per token — not an extra dashboard button. €8.99 a month keeps Demy talking on a server that chats every day, without dumping the bill on the providers' free tier and without padding the price. Free stays €0, with 150 replies a day and full moderation.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. Free is free forever, not a trial: full moderation, tickets and 150 AI replies a day without entering anything. A card is only needed if and when you choose Pro.

If I pay and then stop, do I lose everything?

No. There are no recurring subscriptions: monthly and yearly are one-off payments that expire on their own, no auto-renewal to cancel. When it expires the server goes back to the free plan and keeps everything: configuration, memory, moderation. Three days before, it warns you in the dashboard and on Discord.

If I go Pro, does the dashboard change by itself?

Yes. Same dashboard, same login. As soon as the plan is Pro — Stripe after payment, or when the creator sets it after PayPal — you see voice, uncapped replies and the Plan tab updated instead of the free ones. No new code. If the page is already open, it updates live.

If Pro isn't for me, do I get a refund?

Yes. If Pro never turns on after payment: full refund, no argument. If it did and you change your mind: 14 days from the payment date, full refund, any plan. After that, no — we already paid for the AI tokens. Ask at /supporto with the receipt. Details in the terms.

If I ping her mid-fight, does she walk out?

No. She reads whether you’re cooling down, asking for help, or still attacking. Thanking her or saying “I’ll stop” does not get “talk to staff”. Insults at her: a reply in kind, without burning the 1/3 ladder on other people.

Is moderation mandatory?

No. Every single feature has its own switch in the dashboard. Want chat only? Turn everything else off and Demy won't touch a message. If you don't enable moderation, she doesn't even need the permissions.

Who can access my server's dashboard?

Only people who are owner or admin of that server, via Discord login. Everyone sees exclusively their own server. The dashboard has CSRF protection, login attempt limits and sessions regenerated at login.

What if the AI runs out of tokens or goes down?

Demy has multiple AI providers and switches to the next one by herself. If they're all saturated, she stays quiet or tells you she'll retry shortly — no technical errors in chat. In tickets, in that case, she calls the staff directly.

Can the Minecraft agent cause damage?

She just plays: no op commands, no intentional griefing. She has an automatic brake if the server rejects her and an anti-spam limit on game chat. Some strict anti-cheats (e.g. Grim) may flag her packet timing: fix it with a server-side exception, or keep the feature off — it's independent from the rest.

Does the bot ever go offline?

It runs on a dedicated server with automatic restart and a watchdog checking it every minute. Data backups are daily. Honestly though: this is a one-person project — requests genuinely get heard and changes ship fast, but there's no 24/7 support desk behind it.

How do I report a problem?

From the dashboard or on Discord: include the exact message, what the bot was doing and whether it repeats. With those three things it gets fixed quickly.

Where do I get updates?
